Catena Media Appoints Pia-Lena Olofsson as New Chief Financial Officer

Catena Media, an iGaming lead generation firm headquartered in Malta, has named Pia-Lena Olofsson as its new Chief Financial Officer. This appointment follows the decision of the incumbent CFO, Klas Winzell, to resign from his position due to personal circumstances. Winzell will remain with the organization until the initial quarter of 2018 to facilitate a seamless handover.

Olofsson is well-acquainted with Catena Media, having previously held the CFO position at Catena Operations, a subsidiary of the company. Her notable career trajectory includes prior roles at Bure Equity AB (publ) and Visma AB, ultimately leading to her position as CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Collector AB, a significant publicly listed digital banking institution.

Olofsson possesses a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and an Executive MBA from the esteemed Warwick Business School.

Per Hellberg, Chief Executive Officer of Catena Media, conveyed his appreciation for Winzell’s contributions to the company and extended his best wishes for his future pursuits. He also warmly welcomed Olofsson to her new capacity, emphasizing her vast experience and leadership attributes.

The organization is delighted that Klaus will remain to assist with the changeover. Everyone is grateful for his commitment and wishes him well in his upcoming pursuits.
